I was out of circulation, that is the WEB, for about two weeks. My home PC was bugged by excessive spyware which slowed it down almost to a halt. I couldn't track exactly where I pushed on my USB disk to get the infection. It may be from work or the school where I teach. I tried getting it back up by reformatting the disk but when I get back to logging the net I end up being zapped... It took me about ten days looking for a suitable anti-spyware.
PC in the office is also having difficulty on network being it a wireless connection to the servers.
The past days with which I was disconnected from the World Wide Web seems just ordinary. My routine was okay, work is great, the kids fine. It seems that nothing had happened. But when I got the connection back yesterday, it seems the opposite. There are things that I missed. Somehow, it feels void, empty, after the first few strokes. I rushed back to scan my favorite sites. Realization came that I really missed a lot.
Internet has really gone into my system. I previously believe in the saying that "You don't know what you got till you lose it" but now the saying should go: "You don't know what you got till you find it again after losing".
This is reality. I seem not to notice it but it's there...
